Your privacy is important for Tunify.

Although most information on this site is available without the need to provide personal data, it is possible that the customer is asked for personal information, for instance as part of the ordering process, the implementation of the Agreement or as a result of legal and contractual obligations of Tunify concerning the offered Product.

Tunify is entitled to anonymously collect data of non-personal nature, such as browser type or IP address, the operating system that you use or domain name of the website through which the Customer has come to the Website, or through which the Customer leaves. This allows Tunify to optimise its Website permanently for the Customers.

Personal information will only be used by Tunify in the context of account management or to inform the Customer of the activities of Tunify, or, via the Tunify interface, the offers of Tunify or its partners. The Customer agrees that his data is being used for direct marketing, but has the opportunity to oppose to it, which however can cause the product will (or could) not be offered to the Customer, without any right to receive compensation or reimbursement of the price.

Apart from the aforementioned cases, Tunify will not pass the information to any third party, unless the notice is necessary for Tunify to meet its legal or contractual obligations relating to the offered Product, inter alia with regard to the Interested Parties. The Customer is aware of this and unreservedly accepts the previous and agrees to grant reasonable access at any time to the premises, its IT infrastructure and the Product to the authorized persons that represent the Interested Parties.

If applicable, the Customer has in accordance with the law on the protection of privacy with regard to the processing of personal data of December 8, 1992 a legal right to access and correct personal data. Subject to proof of identity (copy of identity card), the Customer can send a written, dated and signed request to Tunify for a free written communication of personal data. If necessary, the Customer can also ask to correct incorrect, incomplete or irrelevant data.

This Privacy Policy also applies to Tunify Music and Tunify Headphone, the Android apps developed by Tunify NV. This policy explains which information to be treated by the apps and usages of them.

The app captures audio from several source (built-in player, output mix and mic). We use them only for the real-time audio visualization and never use them for any other purposes.

Details of requested permissions:

To capture audio data from playing by built-in player for visualization purpose.
To capture audio data from output mix of the device for visualization purpose.
To capture audio data from mic for visualization purpose.

To capture audio data from output mix of the device for visualization purpose.

To provide stable audio playback.

To allow access to the list of accounts in the Accounts Service.

The apps request internet access permissions (INTERNET / ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE) to send data to the Tunify servers.

To receive messages in order to preview a song in Tunify Headphone through Google Cloud Messaging.
