  1. How is the music updated?

    The music is updated continually and automatically. The new music is immediately available in the system. The Tunify music database is topped up each day with new and old numbers and we regularly offer new playlists. We keep our clients informed of any new arrivals via e-mail. If you want to request specific numbers yourself just send your requests to the Tunify DJs via your personal page.

  2. Will the playlists I have created myself be saved?

    Yes, the playlists you have created are saved. The configuration of the music system is linked to your username and password. Each time you sign in your personal details appear including the playlists you have created.

  3. I can’t find the song I am looking for in the system, what do I do now?

    The Tunify music database is topped up each day with new and old numbers and we regularly provide new playlists. We keep our clients informed of all new arrivals via e-mail. If you want to request specific numbers yourself just send your requests to the Tunify DJs via your personal page.

  4. What does the music system look like and how exactly does it work?

    Please refer to the section headed Getting Started where you will find the video demos and a summarised guide. If you want to discover the music system you can try Tunify for free.

  5. How does Tunify protect copyrights?

    Tunify is a product of Aristo Music. Aristo Music works in close collaboration with SABAM and SIMIM and pays royalties and reproduction rights to them. Tunify is 100% legal therefore.

Software, hardware, internet ...

  1. Do I have to download anything in order to use Tunify?

    No, Tunify works on all types of ordinary PCs from this website; you don’t need to download or buy any extra software. You just need to have the latest free version of Adobe Flash Player. Tunify is extremely user-friendly. You don’t need to install any extra hard-or software. The music is immediately available online and is played via streaming.

  2. Do I need a special computer in order to use Tunify?

    No. All you need is an ordinary PC (linked up the Internet, Processor 1.20 Ghz, 512MB RAM Windows Xp or 2GB RAM Windows Vista), a keyboard, a mouse, a screen (17” recommended) and sound card.

  3. What kind of Internet connection do I need?

    The music is streamed. This means that you need an Internet connection in order to use Tunify. If you play 12 hours of music every day for a full month, you will need a connection that allows for 20GB of download per month.

  4. Can I use my wireless Internet connection?

    Yes. But it is not recommended. You must make sure that the distance to the computer remains within normal reach of the wireless router, so that connection with the Internet is not interrupted while playing the music.

  5. Is Tunify comparable to a classic music system/music computer?

    No. Unlike classical systems, the music is played totally via streaming. The advantages of this are that you don’t need to download any music for your updates (or you don’t need any more update CDs) and that a lot more music is available (there’s no limit to the several thousand numbers stored on the music system). You don’t need to buy any hard-or software either. Tunify can be played on any ordinary PC from this site. Tunify is a high-quality, budget-friendly and simple alternative to classic music systems.

  7. Can I use Tunify from different computers?

    Yes. The music is not stored on your own compute, so you can play your favourite music online on any computer (including the playlists you have created yourself). You just need to sign in on www.tunify.com. However, you can only play music on one computer at a time.

  1. I want to play music in different locations at the same time. Is that possible with Tunify?

    No, not with this version of Tunify. You can only sign in on one computer with your specific username and password.

  2. Are there any additional costs for using Tunify apart from the subscription fee?

    No. There are no additional costs associated with using Tunify.

  3. I am a customer and I have a problem. Who can help me ?

    There is a special service line for our customers + 32 (0)70 250022. You can call us every working day between 09h00 and 17h00 with all your questions about Tunify.

  4. I am already a customer, but I have forgotten my username and password. What should I do?

    Click on ‘username and password forgotten?’ in the login box on www.tunify.com. If you enter your e-mail address, you will receive an e-mail with your details.

  5. I want to try Tunify, is that possible?
