For those who like to whistle a new tune once in a while, good times are on the horizon! After one long hot and sweaty summer, you can refresh your playlist with tons of new songs. While we were floating around on an inflatable crocodile in an infinity pool on Ibiza, several artists were working hard in a recording studio. From today on you can enjoy their labour of love thanks to your Tunify player.

Chrissie Hynde, the charismatic leading lady of The Pretenders has spent her summer in the company of - deep breath - The Valve Bone Woe Ensemble. Together they recorded re-interpretations of jazz standards from the likes of Charlie Mingus, Frank Sinatra and John Coltrane.

Dutch heroine Ilse Delange revisited her country roots and good old rockers Iggy Popand Status Quo decided it was the right time to release some new and/or reinvented material.

Miles Davis is spending his summers in the clouds above since the early nineties. Thanks to some sound wizards in an earthly studio, an unfinished album from 1985, entitled “Rubberband”, sees the daylight today.

The Brand New Heavies  reached their peak in the nineties, but this weekend they bring you new songs in order to tap into a new audience.

New artists like Muna and Mahalia are already critics’ darlings, but hope to smuggle some songs you can tap your feet to into your playlist.

Also hoping to move your feet this Friday are Bat For Lashes, Camila Cabello, Yannick Noah, Hein Simons, Louis Tomlinson, OneRepublic, TaxiWars, Adam Lambert, Shakespears Sister, Barns Courtney, Bobby, Fantasy, I Am Oak, Luca Hänni and Tinariwen.

As you can see, enough freshly squeezed sounds and all kinds of everything to kick off your weekend with Tunify!
