To determine Music Identity
Tunify will automatically be able to recognize the specific characteristics of a business, such as the concept (e.g. business or trendy) and activities organized on site (e.g. brunch or theme evening). In addition, Tunify will look for the musical preferences of visitors who often visit a particular location. Based on this information, a music identity will be determined for each location, even for those that are not using Tunify. These insights also help to better serve customers with multiple locations.

Thanks to advanced techniques such, as “artificial intelligence” and “machine learning”, Tunify will gather and process a lot of useful information to create an optimal music experience. Partners in this project are KU Leuven’s research groups “Human-Computer Interaction" and "Declarative Languages and Artificial Intelligence”.
