Everything you need in one place
When logging into your Tunify account through Tunify.com, you are automatically taken to your personal environment, better known as MyTunify. In this dashboard, you can easily manage your zones, locations, subscriptions and billing information. But MyTunify is also the place where you can further personalize the music experience in your business. You can select and play audio spots, import Spotify lists and consult your personal music report. And of course, from MyTunify, you can also access your Tunify Player, which allows you to select, prepare and play music.
Stijn from Tunify explains: “Not all businesses have the same needs. With this personal dashboard, we offer every customer the opportunity to further enhance the music experience in their business. We call these extra features add-ons: additional services for a better experience. As a customer, you know best what your needs are. So you choose which add-ons you want to use in your business.”
New services to further enhance the music experience
The new services that we added to MyTunify make it even easier for you to perfectly tailor your music selection to your business. It doesn’t matter whether you are using Tunify Green, Blue or Orange: everyone can use these add-ons. Some are free; others come in a subscription formula. Let’s have a look at what’s new.
Audio Messaging
From now on, you can easily broadcast audio messages in your business whenever and wherever you want. We offer a free library of service announcements that you can activate with the click of a mouse: a welcome message, a request to pay electronically, a reminder to make a timely reservation, and much more. You can also activate the Audio messages option. This paid subscription allows you to upload your own audio messages, for example, to announce a promotion, an upcoming event or a new product. You can also set the broadcasting frequency, i.e. the number of times per hour you want the announcement or commercial to be played. Another option is to only broadcast your message right before closing time or at any other time of your choosing.
Gain insight into your music preferences
In MyTunify, you will also find your music data report and your personal listening history. It shows you exactly which songs, schedules or playlists were used at each of your locations. This helps you quickly identify the musical preference at each site: is it 80s music with an exciting beat or cosy lounge music with a touch of bossa nova? Your personal music report tells you all you need to know.
