United we stand, together we’ll enjoy the tasty collaboration between BlackPink & Selena Gomez, with sprinkles of Ariana Grande on top, appropriately entitled “Ice Cream”. An appetizing joint effort comes in the form of Calvin Harris helping out The Weekend on new single “Over Now”. Scottish band Travis goes for a romantic dinner and duet with Susanna Hoffs from the Bangles. Most men in their forties will remember Susanna from the poster on their bedroom wall back in the eighties. Kim Wilde was probably hanging next to her. She releases a duet with her father Marty today, praising the Swinging Sixties, the heyday of the latter. Nigerian belle Tiwa Savage did backing vocals for George Micheal in her teens, signed a lucrative deal with Jay-Z’s Roc Nation, and this Friday her third album sees the daylight, with a sultry Sam Smith joining her on the lead single “Temptation”.

We can all relate to that feeling of the weekend being over way too soon. Especially since you’ll be having what the French call “l’embarras du choix” between postponed thus long-awaited albums from Disclosure, Katy Perry, Angel Olsen and Gregory Porter.

Besides those mouth-watering releases and cooperations you can also enjoy new work from the likes of Augustin Galiana, Pain of Salvation, The Magic Gang, Protoje, Jeff Neve, Katie Melua, Celeste, Toni Braxton, PVRIS, Dina Ayada, Davina Michelle, Arlo Parks, Paul Van Dyk, Toots & The Maytals, NEEDTOBREATHE, Faces on TV, Feurherz, Lovelytheband, Seether, Walter Trout, Yello, Bettye Lavette, Bully, Kelly Lee Owens, Terrenoire, Tove Lo, PLK, My Morning Jacket, Elderbrook and Jaden (Smith).

The first weekend of September will bring you full-flavoured and delicious new albums from Billy Ocean, Tricky, Throwing Muses, Julien Doré, Declan McKenna, Hurts, Lana Del Rey, Yelle, San Cisco en Elysian Fields to name but a few.

From Friday, September 11th, on you can quench your thirst for new music with freshly squeezed songs from Doves, The Flaming Lips, Marilyn Manson, Everything Everything, Grand Corps Malade and Roachford.

And in the second half of September, we’ll meet again with the latest news on what to expect in your non-stop Tunify Player!
