Easily manage your subscriptions in MyTunify

Are you always looking for ways to increase your productivity? Then this article might be exactly what you need. We came up with four ways to make managing your Tunify subscriptions simple and effortless.

If there is one thing that we all lack, it’s time. At Tunify, we are constantly looking for ways to make your Tunify experience as intuitive and efficient as possible. That’s why we created MyTunify: an online platform from which you can manage your subscriptions, billing data, locations and Tunify Add-ons. Whatever the size or structure of your business, you can always go to MyTunify to customize your account.

 

1. Accessible anytime, from anywhere

Would you like to purchase an additional service or extend a subscription? You can do that in a few clicks – wherever and whenever you want. Whether you are on the road, at home or in the office: MyTunify is always available online. Using any smartphone, tablet or computer, all you have to do is log in via Tunify.com to go directly to your personal MyTunify dashboard.

 

2. One overview of all your locations

If your business consists of multiple branches, then you’re usually left with just as many times the administrative burden, because each location has its own subscriptions and associated login details. But with MyTunify it's different. We give you one clear overview of all your branches’ subscriptions. You can also see the last registered activity for each of them: which music was played when and on which device. And you can easily change the name, address and opening hours. Would you like to add a subscription for a new location? Easy. You can add additional locations and their zones at any time.

3. In charge of your subscriptions

Forget waiting on hold while customer service updates your data, jotting down reminders in your calendar to renew a subscription in time or being forced to announce ages in advance that you want to cancel your subscription. None of that is necessary with MyTunify. Whether you want to purchase, renew, upgrade or cancel a subscription: you can do it all online within seconds.

We also added the option to have your subscription renewed automatically. That can come in handy if you only require music for a few months. Afterwards, you can simply cancel the subscription. In other words, you only pay for what you actually use.

Would you like to purchase multiple subscriptions at the same time? Or top off your purchase with some extra Add-ons such as Audio messages? That is all possible. You can pay with Bancontact, Visa, MasterCard, bank transfer or iDEAL (available in the Netherlands).

 

4. Invoicing tailored to your company

Every company has its own way of processing invoices. If a supplier does not take your billing preferences into account, you lose valuable time emailing back and forth, asking for adjustments and waiting for a new invoice. In MyTunify, you can set your preferences. Perhaps you have multiple locations, but only want one invoice. Or you want a separate invoice for each entity. It’s completely up to you.

You can also easily put additional information on your invoice, such as a PO number, an internal reference, the email address of the accounting department or the name of the colleague for whom the invoice is intended. Can’t find your last invoice? No need to panic. You can always consult and download them online.
