Player code: how does it work?

Connecting your device to a Tunify subscription

1. Go to MyTunify

2. Log in with the e-mail address and password of your Tunify account

3. Go to the left side of the menu to "Subscriptions"

4. Click on "Player code" of the zone where you want to play music

5. The player code appears on your screen. Please note that this code is only valid for 1 hour.

6. Enter this code in the Tunify Player app or in the web player and click "Start player" to sign in.

From this moment on, you remain logged on to your device with this subscription. You can link multiple devices to one zone. This way, you can have multiple devices playing music for that zone, but only one device at a time.

How to disconnect a device from a zone? 

Please follow the steps below:

1. Press the pencil next to the zone

2. Scroll to “Paired devices”

3. Remove the phone by clicking on the trash can
